Reimbursement
Through different reimbursement opportunities, we offer employees the chance to continue learning and feel good about what they do within the community. At Simpay, we compensate employees through:
- Adoption Reimbursement – we do our part in contributing to a “no-kill” community. We offer a reimbursement of $250 towards the adoption of a shelter animal.
- Tuition Reimbursement – We reimburse up to $500/year for training or tuition for job-related educational expenses.
